THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE 50 STATES OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND IS GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ENTRY IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

SPONSOR The Sweepstakes is sponsored by the Shiseido division of Shiseido Americas Corporation, located at 390 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10017 (hereafter “Sponsor” or “Shiseido”).

ELIGIBILITY This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date and time of entry. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Employees of Shiseido Americas Corporation, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings and spouses of children or siblings) and household members are not eligible. Failure to comply with all rules and regulations associated with the Sweepstakes could result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes for any reason.

ENTRY PERIOD The BeautyInnovators Community New Member Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01am ET on March 15, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on June 30, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

HOW TO ENTER During the Entry Period, register as a new member in the BeautyInnovators Community and complete one (1) survey and/or activity by Monday, June 30, 2025 to be entered into the drawing. Existing members of the BeautyInnovators Community are not eligible to participate in this sweepstakes. Entries must be earned during the applicable Entry Period to be eligible for that drawing. No purchase is necessary to enter. Ten (10) winners will receive Shiseido products as listed in the “Prize” section below. Entrant acknowledges and agrees that such decisions of Sponsor are final and binding. Entries not in compliance with these official rules may be disqualified, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Activity completions or entries generated by script, mechanical, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by the Sponsor. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all respects. To enter without completing any survey and/or other activities as above, entrants may email Support@beautyinnovators.com during the Entry Period and provide their first and last name and email address, date of birth, and phone number, and provide written acknowledgement that they have read and agree to these official rules and that they are eligible to enter this Sweepstakes.

PRIZE Ten (10) winners will each receive a prize consisting of Shiseido skincare and/or products. Estimated approximate retail value: $70 USD.

Each prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. No substitutions or other alternative is available, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. Any and all fees and costs and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and expenses related to acceptance and use of the prize not specifically stated herein, are solely the responsibility of the individual winner. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Winner agrees that any prizes are personal to that applicable winner, and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated or otherwise conveyed. Limit one (1) prize per person per year. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION/VERIFICATION Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on or about July 15, 2025 . Odds of winning the Sweepstakes depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Nonwinning entries from one Sweepstakes Period will not be included in any subsequent Sweepstakes Periods. The potential prize recipient will be notified by the Sponsor via the email address used to enter. The potential prize recipient may be required to demonstrate control of their email account. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address of entrants. The potential prize recipient must then contact Sponsor via the email address Support@beautyinnovators.com within seven (7) days of attempted notification, or the prize will be forfeited. In the event of non-compliance with these Official Rules, or if a prize notification or prize is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Each winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”).

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Sponsor will not be responsible or liable for late, incomplete, or inaccurate submissions or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including without limitation, electronic malfunction of any network, hardware, or software. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation of any Sweepstakes, the prize will be awarded in a random drawing from eligible entries received prior to cancellation.

GENERAL RELEASE By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, participating partners, advertising or promotions agencies, and the respective employees, officers, agents, directors of each of the above, from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injury or death, damage to, loss or destruction of property or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light). Each entrant waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses and agrees that all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. By entering, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforce ability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state, and local courts located in New York, NY for the resolution of any and all disputes arising out of entrants participation in the Sweepstakes.

WINNER PUBLICITY Sponsor may wish to publish the first name, first letter of last name, likeness and location (city/state) of the Winners, and by accepting a prize, the Winners expressly authorize Sponsor to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display his or her names, likeness and location in connection with the promotion of this or any other Sweepstakes, except where such requirement is prohibited by law.
